MVMA invites you to participate as an exhibitor and sponsor at the 2026 MVMA Summer Meeting and Trade Show! The gathering typically draws 150 veterinarians, technicians and office staff from around the state. These include both practice owners and associates.
Trade Show hours include the Friday lunch, afternoon break, Friday evening social, Saturday breakfast and morning break. All events will be held at the Delta Hotels Helena Colonial in Helena, MT.

Meeting Agenda
The Summer Meeting agenda will include two days of CE sessions on small, large and mixed animal topics. CE sessions will run from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm on Friday, June 26 and Saturday, June 27. A detailed agenda will be sent to you following your booth registration.
Trade Show Details
Exhibitor Space is $650/booth and includes the following:
- 8'w x 6'd booth space with skirted table and 110v electrical outlet.
- A listing of all attendees with contact information - hard copy and electronically.
- Your company and all company representatives included in the Vendor Directory distributed to all meeting attendees.
- Listing of your company contact information and logo on our website until June of the following year.
- Meals/breaks for one company representative.

- Setup: Friday, June 26, 8:00 am – Noon
- Exhibit area hours:
- Friday, June 26 - 12:00 noon – 7:00 pm
- 12:00 - 1:30 pm – Lunch & exclusive Trade Show time
- 2:30 pm – Meeting break in the Trade Show
- 5:30 – 7:00 pm - Social Hour & exclusive Trade Show time
- Saturday, June 27 – 7:00 – 10:00 am
- 7:00 – 8:00 am – Breakfast buffet & exclusive Trade Show time
- 9:00 am – Meeting break in the Trade Show
- Tear Down: Saturday, June 27, 10:00 am
Booth Assignments
Booth assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Every effort will be made to offer placement consideration to competing companies. In early June, you will receive a map with booth assignments.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by June 1 will receive a full refund. We regret that no refunds can be made after that date.
Hotel Reservations
A block of MVMA rooms will be available at the Delta Hotel starting in April, and information will be sent to all registered exhibitors.
