The MVMA Summer Meeting & Trade Show draws nearly 150 veterinarians, technicians, staff and students from around Montana for engaging speakers, networking opportunities, social events and 15 CE credits. The Trade Show, which features a wide range of valued allied industry partners, runs from Friday, June 28 at 12:00 noon through Saturday, June 29 at 10:00 am. To register for a booth and/or become a Summer Meeting sponsor, click here. All Vendor Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hotel Reservations

A block of rooms at the Heritage Inn-Great Falls is available to vendors and attendees at a rate of $119/night plus taxes and fees. Call the Heritage Inn at (406) 761-1900 to reserve and refer to the MVMA Room Block. You can also book online through this link. There is a limited number of rooms that will be available until June 12 or they are sold out.
